Goods reclaim

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the goods within 14 days of delivery. To fulfill this condition, the goods must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.

Return procedure:

3. Returns Processing: After receiving the returned goods, we will thoroughly check them and process the return. The money for the goods will be returned to the original payment card or another payment method.

Exchange of goods

If you need to exchange purchased goods, proceed as follows:

2. Sending New Goods: After receiving information about your interest in exchange, we will send you new goods.
3. Return of Old Goods: After receiving the goods, we will immediately send you a new one (subject to availability and stock).
