Welcome to our store! Your satisfaction is important to us, which is why we have created a return and exchange policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with our products.<\/p>

Goods reclaim<\/h2>

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the goods within 14 days of delivery. To fulfill this condition, the goods must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.<\/p>

Return procedure:<\/h3>

  2. Goods reclaim:<\/strong> Return the goods to us at the given address. Make sure the package is sufficiently secured and contains the order information.<\/li>
  3. Returns Processing:<\/strong> After receiving the returned goods, we will thoroughly check them and process the return. The money for the goods will be returned to the original payment card or another payment method.<\/li><\/ol>

    Exchange of goods<\/h2>

    If you need to exchange purchased goods, proceed as follows:<\/p>

    1. Contact us:<\/strong> Inform us about your interest in exchanging goods at skin@beautyhouse.sk<\/a>. We will ensure that the new goods are shipped.<\/li>
    2. Sending New Goods:<\/strong> After receiving information about your interest in exchange, we will send you new goods.<\/li>
    3. Return of Old Goods:<\/strong> After receiving the goods, we will immediately send you a new one (subject to availability and stock).<\/li><\/ol>
